I had the pleasure of meeting Dayla Fuller 2 years ago when I started looking to purchase a condo in Calgary. Dayla happened to be on the receiving end of an email enquiry I had regarding a property for sale and she promptly got back to me and immediately started searching for other properties that would suit my needs. I suspect I was a “high maintenance” client, living in another city during my search, looking for an extended possession date and wanting only certain handful of neighborhoods, yet Dayla was extremely patient with me. She spent a tremendous amount of time emailing, texting, calling and offering to view condo’s for me and then found me exactly what I wanted, but not without a lot of diligent effort on her part.

I have bought and sold a number of homes over the course of my lifetime, but I have never had a realtor who was as dedicated as Dayla, who spend the better part of 3 months helping me find the perfect condo, which I absolutely love!

I was so very impressed with Dayla while selling my town home in Lake Chaparral! She is not your average realtor that is for sure, while most realtors compare the sellers property to other units in a complex, price it a little low and wait for it to sell, Dayla priced my unit for what she knew it was worth and that was quite a bit higher than the other units for sale in my townhouse complex. She took the positives that my unit had and found the buyer that really appreciated what my townhouse had to offer. The weekly open houses, open communication and positive attitude are 3 things that really impressed me but one of the biggest points was when she found beautiful furniture to stage the empty unit at no cost or stress to me.
